Set along the coastline, the home features mono-pitched roof forms, open truss ceilings in the main living and dining areas, and a separate lounge that offers a quiet retreat. A covered braai area and three-car garage further support the lifestyle-focused design. Material choices like polished concrete floors and stone cladding to the plinth reflect a grounded elegance, while a discreetly integrated underground water tank supports long-term sustainability.
